An Irish boy is in danger of dying after being hit by a bus in St Julian's
A 12-year-old boy is in danger of dying after being hit by a bus.
The boy, who hails from Ireland, was crossing the road on Sant'Andrija street, St Julian's, when he was hit by a King Long, which was being driven by a 53-year-old Kirkop resident in the direction of Bahar ic-Caghaq.
The incident took place at around 7pm.
The boy was rushed to hospital where it was declared that he was in danger of dying.
Duty magistrate Doreen Clarke opened an inquiry into the case.
Police investigations are still underway.
