Man sustains grievous injuries after falling at constuction site

A 44-year-old Naxxar resident has sustained grievous injuries after falling from a height of one storey at a construction site in Triq Uqija, Swieqi.

The man, a construction worker was immediately rushed to hospital where it was certified he was not critical.

The accident occurred at around 10.30 am,  and police investigations are still ongoing.
