Four Gozitans hospitalised after collision

A traffic accident yesterday night in Gozo left four people hospitalised.

The accident took place at around 5:45pm on Rabat Road, in Nadur, when a Volkswagen Polo driven by a 19-year-old Nadur resident, and a Hyundai 10 driven by a Sannat resident, 40, collided. The 40-year-old woman also had two 9-year-olds with her in her vehicle.

Several ambulances took those involved to Gozo’s General Hospital for treatment.

Police sources confirmed that no one is in danger of dying, but their condition in not yet known.
