A Polish diver's condition has improved after she was hospitalised and declared to be in critical condition yesterday following a fainting spell
A Polish woman, 41, who was rushed to hospital yesterday afternoon following a fainting spell has taken a turn for the better and is no longer in critical condition.
The woman was diving at Xatt l-Ahmar in Ghajnsielem yesterday when she fainted shortly after coming out of the water at 1:00pm.
An ambulance took the woman to Gozo’s General Hospital for treatment with police sources later confirming that she was in danger of dying.
Police sources confirmed today that her condition has now improved and she is no longer in danger of dying.
