Two men hospitalised after traffic accident, one grievously injured
A man was grievously injured in an accident in the limits of Naxxar this morning, while the other man had no injuries
An accident took place this morning on Salini road, in the limits of Naxxar, hospitalising the two drivers.
Police were informed of the accident at 7:00am, who found that the collision had taken place between a Kia Ceed which was being driven by a 32-year-old resident of St Paul’s Bay, and a Suzuki Samurai being driven by a 26-year-old resident of San Gwann.
The two men were taken to Mater Dei hospital for medical treatment, with police sources later confirming that the 32-year-old was suffering from grievous injuries while the 26-year-old was unharmed.
Police investigations are still underway.
