Two Serbian men assaulted with baseball bats during heated argument

Two Serbian men were hospitalised yesterday to receive treatment for grievous injured they sustained after allegedly being assaulted with baseball bats.

According to a police statement, the two men, aged 36 and 43, were amid a group of people engaged in an argument on Triq Bordino, St Paul’s Bay, when they claim to have been assaulted.

Police were called to assist the situation at about 8:30pm. Investigations are still ongoing.
