A man has been hospitalised to treat grievous injuries after being run over by a car in St Julian’s this morning

An Italian man was hospitalised this morning after being run over by a car in St Julian’s.

The victim, 30, who is a resident of Ghajnsielem, was hit by Toyota Townace, that was being driven by a 24-year-old man, resident of Haz-Zebbug.

According to the police, the accident took place at 9:25am on St George’s Road.

They later said that the man was suffering grievous injuries.
