Man grievously injured as truck crashes into tree

An Iklin man has been hospitalised with grievous injuries after the truck he was driving crashed into a tree.

The accident took place at 9:15am on Triq tal-Barrani, Santa Lucija, when the man, 39, lost control of his Toyota Dyna.

An ambulance conveyed the man to hospital for treatment.
