Five arrested in Paceville drug bust

Five men were arrested after being caught with drugs yesterday during a raid in Paceville yesterday afternoon, police said.

The men, aged between 20 and 31, are Somali nationals living in Marsa and Hal-Far.

The men were caught in possession of suspected cannabis and cocaine, while other sachets of the suspected drugs were found hidden in nearby locations.

One of those arrested will be arraigned in court tomorrow and charged with drug possession, while the others are expected to be charged ith drug trafficking and aggravated possession.

Police investigations are ongoing.
