The victim, a 19-year-old who was driving a Yamaha Crypton, was conveyed to Mater Dei hospital for treatment
A young woman suffered grievous injuries after she was involved in a collision with van while driving a motorcycle.
The accident took place on Triq il-Marfa, Mellieha at 11:00am, and involved a Peugeot Bipper, driven by a 32-year-old man, resident of Rabat, Gozo.
The victim, a 19-year-old who was driving a Yamaha Crypton, was conveyed to Mater Dei hospital for treatment.
Police investigations are ongoing.
