Englishman dies after falling off a fence

An Englishman, 58, died this morning when he fell off a fence that was two metres high.

According to police, the incident happened at about 6.30am on Triq ir-Rizzi, Qawra.

An ambulance was called to assist the man but a medical team pronounced him dead on site. 

Duty magistrate Consuelo Scerri Herrera ordered an inquiry into the case.
