Salina crash leaves vehicle upside-down, woman hospitalised

A Sliema woman was hospitalised after a collision with a truck in Salina saw her SUV flip upside-down and land on its roof. 

According to the police, it was about 3:15 when the woman, 39, was driving her Toyota Rav 4 and was involved in a collision with a Foden 300 truck.

A medical team dispatched on site and conveyed the woman to Mater Dei hospital for treatment.

While her condition is unknown, the truck driver is believed to uninjured.
