Woman grievously injured in motorbike accident in Marsa

A pillion rider sustained serious injuries this morning, when the motorbike rider lost control of the vehicle.

According to police, a man was riding the bike on Aldo Moro Street at around 7:30am.

Though he was not injured, the pillion rider, a woman, was taken to Mater Dei for treatment.
