Two men seriously injured in St Julian’s fight
Sharp object used in fight in early hours of the morning
Two men were seriously injured in a fight which took place today, in the early hours of the morning.
The police were informed at around 3:15am that an argument was under way between two foreign men in Triq Ross, St Julian’s.
On arriving at the scene, preliminary police investigations found that a sharp object had been used in the fight between a 21-year-old Somali national, living in Marsaxlokk, and another man whose identity has not yet been established.
The two men were taken to Mater Dei Hospital for medical care.
It was later determined that the men were suffering from serious injuries.
Police investigations are ongoing.
