Eldery woman seriously injured in Zejtun car accident

The 78-year-old woman was hit by a car in Misrah Karlu Diacono

A 78-year-old woman was seriously injured in a car accident in Misrah Karlu Diacono, Zejtun on Thursday.

Police were called to the scene at around 11.30am after the woman was hit by a Peugeot Bipper driven by a 30-year-old woman from Birzebbuga.

A police investigation is ongoing.
