Lifeless body recovered from sea at Xemxija

The lifeless body of man has been recovered from the sea at Xemxija, the police have confirmed.
The body was recovered at 5:15pm in the Veccja area, with the help of the Civil Protection Department.
A spokesperson for the police said the body had not yet been identified.
A magesterial inquiry has been appointed while police Investigations continue.
