Motorcyclist injured in Birkirkara crash

A 37-year-old motorcyclist from Birkirkara has been injured after he was involved in a collision on Wednesday night.

The incident occurred at around 5.45pm along Mannarinu Road.

The police said, that the motorcyclist had crashed into a Fiat Bravo driven by a 68-year-old man also from Birkirkara.

The motorcyclist has sustained injuries, but at this time there is no further information on the severity of the injuries or his condition. The driver of the Fiat Bravo was unharmed.

The motorcyclist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance, to be treated for his injuries.
