Motorcyclist injured in St Julian’s accident
A 44-year-old man from Ħamrun has been taken to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment
A 44-year-old Ħamrun resident was grievously injured in an accident in St Julian’s earlier today.
According to a police statement, the man was driving a Peugeot Tweet motorbike when he was hit by an Opel Astra which was being driven by a 64-year-old Pembroke resident.
An ambulance took the motorcyclist to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment. He was certified to have suffered grievous injuries.
