Man seriously injured after falling from roof

A 52-year-old man has been seriously injured after falling through a skylight while attempting maintenance on the roof, of his residence on Monday.

The incident occurred at 2pm in Triq San Lawrenz, Isla.

An ambulance was called on site and took the victim to Mater Dei Hospital, where it was later certified that he was suffering from severe injuries.

A police investigation is currently underway.
