Two men injured in Hamrun alley knife fight
The perpetrator fled from the scene in a vehicle before the Police could reach him
Two men have been hospitalised with slight injuries after a knife fight in Sqaq il-Kubrit in Hamrun, Police have said.
The victims are a 29-year-old and a 30-year-old who were both taken to Mater Dei via ambulance where they were later certified to be suffering from slight injuries.
Police told MaltaToday that their wounds were administered with a knife. The perpetrator left the scene in a vehicle before the police could reach him.
The incident took place on Friday afternoon at around 3:30pm.
Members of the Rapid Intervention Unit and District Police went on site and called for an ambulance.
The Police said that they are currently speaking to two men they believe were involved in the argument.
