Joseph Muscat confirms Xarabank participation

Labour leader Joseph Muscat has confirmed he will participate in Xarabank debate tomorrow.

Labour leader Joseph Muscat will after all be taking part in tomorrow's leader's debate on Xarabank.

After initially refusing to participate, Muscat and the programme's producers have confirmed the Labour leader's participation.

As of yesterday, the only PN leader Lawrence Gonzi and Alternattiva Demokratika chairperson Michael Briguglio had confirmed their participation.

Tomorrow's debate will be the latest in a series of face-offs between the three leaders, with the final confrontation planned for next week.

Most cannot accept Peppu Azzopardi doing running such a debate. People do not respect his ability and cannot stand his attitude. I cannot understand why Joseph Muscat would honour this two-bit journalist-of-sorts by accepting him to run such a debate. I would say Peppu, Loo Bondi and Norman Vella have abused people's patience and should be barred from any TV station in Malta.

I agree peerfectly with wath a. pace and A. mizzi has said and i need not repeat. What they said is all true and we have been subjected to this PBS Farce for 4 months now if not years

I bet my head that Gonzi is already being coached by the 'moderator' Peppi on what answers are expected of him. What a farce this public broadcasting service has been reduced to.

Just note the number of times the independent Peppi interrupts Joseph Muscat and the number of times he interrupts Gonzi! What about the unbiased clips ect! Xarabank Peppi is a sham!

Peppi's final heist towards his retirement, as I am sure there would be loads' of adverts. Perhaps there would be a travel ad showing the first trip to Ecuador just after the 10th! Il-Gonz would be really interested in that one.
