Shots fired in Lincolnshire, three dead
Three people have been shot dead, including the suspected gunman, in Spalding, Lincolnshire, UK
Three people have been killed during a shooting, but police rule out terrorism.
The shootings took place in the vicinity of a swimming pool at about 9am, Lincolnshire Police said.
The police also confirmed that no officers fired any shots.
It is understood police, army personnel and paramedics, as well as at least one emergency helicopter, are at the scene.
"We can confirm that there has been a firearms incident on Pinchbeck Road in Spalding in the vicinity of the Castle Swimming Pool,” police said, in a statement.
"Three people have been fatally wounded, including the suspected offender. There is an on-going police investigation and at this stage we are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident,” they said, adding that there was no indication that this was a terrorist related incident"
