Man charged with rape, remanded in custody
A 55 year-old man from Qrendiu was this morning charged with raping a foreign woman.
The man, who's identity was not disclosed by the police was charged with raping, kidnap and relapsing by Police Inspectors Louise Calleja and Carlos Cordina.
The Court ordered that the accused be remanded in custody and held at Corradino Prisons pending the hearing of his case.
