Norwegian massacre lifts lid on far right underworld in Malta
Government, police ‘shocked’ at MaltaToday’s revelations on Johnny Adair and Nick Greger’s presence on the island
Videos revealed this week by MaltaToday confirming the presence in Malta last March of the former Ulster Freedom Fighter (UFF) Brigadier Johnny ‘Mad Dog’ Adair and convicted terrorist and neo-Nazi chief Nick Greger, has raised alarm bells at Castille, the home ministry and the police.
The presence on the island of two of Europe’s most dangerous men for what has been described as ‘the gathering’, surfaced in the wake of a Europe-wide investigation into the possible connection of Anders Behring Breivik to Paul Ray, a 35-year-old British far right blogger residing in Malta, who is allegedly being referred to as the ‘mentor’ to the Norwegian mass-murderer. (See interview on pages 20-21).
But as Paul Ray denies any connection with Breivik and that he is being “stitched-up” by the current leadership of far rightist movement English Defence League (EDL), authorities here were embarrassed to learn of the ‘Malta gathering’ between Adair, Greger and Paul Ray.
Further investigations revealed that Nick Greger has been residing in Malta for the past year and is a frequent traveller to Liberia on the African West coast.
Home affairs minister Carm Mifsud Bonnici is said to have been shocked to see a video posted by MaltaToday of Nick Greger inside the Marsa Open Centre.
“It is worrying to see how a man of Nick Greger’s calibre appears to intelligently confront the Muslim migrants in the centre,” a close aide to the minister said to MaltaToday.
