AFM evacuates injured foreigner from Kemmunett

A foreign woman has been flown by AFM helicopter to Mater Dei Hospital after sustaining injuries while swimming in Comino.

Police sources said that the woman was recovered by an AFM rescue team which was deployed to Kemmunett.

She was evacuated and flown to Mater Dei Hospital where she is currently receiving treatment for her injuries.

No further details were available.
