Mother succumbs to injuries

The woman, Sharon Bellizzi from Birkirkara, was driving a Fiat Punto, with her husband and her children as passengers, when they were involved in a collision with another car on Tal Barrani Road, limits of Zejtun.

The woman suffered grievious injuries and was admitted to hospital in a critical condition.

She was pronounced dead this morning. Her organs are being donated.

A Magisterial Inquiry is underway.
