17-year-old girl hit by car in Marsa
A 17-year-old girl was run over by a car in December 13 Avenue in Marsa this morning.
The girl, from Mosta, was hit by a Toyota Vitz, driven a 35-year-old from Birgu. She was taken to Mater Dei hospital for medical care, where it was established that she is not in danger of dying.
December 13 Avenue had to be closed because of the accident, but is now open to traffic.
Police investigation is ongoing.
