Lija Mayor’s real motive for resignation

Tendering his resignation a week ago after four years, Castaldi Paris cited personal reasons in his letter of resignation. He had written that he resigned after a "period of reflection on his work in the college". 

Castaldi Paris resigned only two days after Pierre Portelli resigned as President of Nationalist Party Administrative Council.

But in an exclusive interview with Illum, Lija mayor divulges the real motives behind his resignation.
