What happened to the road blocks? Do they exist anymore?

The main problem about many issues in Malta is that the Maltese people lack discipline, and everyone thinks that theycan do what they want. This problem is not only in traffic, but in many different sectors of the Maltese society. Freedom and liberty are the two most important human rights, but when there's too much freedom and no control at all, arrogance will reign. I wish a speedy recovery to all the persons involved.

Among the youths there is reckless driving. Maybe I cannot judge this incident but where I live a see numerous youths abusing their cars,s pinning them and can easily loose control of your car. I think this incident can have the same fate. I hope they recover and learn from such an incident.
