Club owner, managers charged with running a brothel

A 58 year-old club owner, and his two managers were charged for running a brothel in Sliema.

Paul Attard of St. Julian's, owner of Club Paradiso in Ghar il-Lembi Street, Sliema was charged together with his managers, Romanian national Andra Togoi 28, and her boyfriend Gary Camilleri 38.

The three were charged with using the club for prostitution and immoral acts.

Attard, Camilleri and Togoi pleaded not guilty to the charges and were granted bail against a personal guarantee of €7,000 each.
