Lawyer found dead in Bahar ic-Caghaq
UPDATE 3 | Police have ruled out any foul play into the death of a young lawyer, identified as Margaret Mifsud.

Police have ruled out any foul play into the death of Margaret Mifsud, a lawyer from Birkirkara and mother of two young children aged six and eight.
Mifsud was reported missing since Thursday evening, and was discovered by the police inside her car on a dirt road in Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq yesterday afternoon.
Homicide squad officers were on site to establish possible causes to the woman's death, while a Magistrate has ordered an autopsy which is expected to be carried out this morning.
Initial investigations have indicated to police that there was no foul play involved.

That the applicant married Nezar Alqadi k#a Elgadi, on
the 4th November 2002, from which marriage the minors
Hailie aged two and Aliyyah aged one was born.
That the respondent was working as a full-time labourer with
Vassallo Builders, Mosta and earned a ‘salary’ of about Lm270
per month. Despite of this the respondent never passed on any
maintenance to his wife, neither for her nor, for her children.
That the parties have been separated de facto for more than one
year and in fact a modus vivendi was reached even as regards the
access, whereby the respondent sees the minor (under the
supervision of the applicant due to the tender age of the children
and due to the threats that he shall escape with them to Libya)
every Saturday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and mid-day
(nofsinahr). In summer this access is to be carried out under the
supervision of the applicant between 7.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.
That the separation of the assets has already been made by
contract.
Thus in the light of the above, the applicant pleads with
respect so that this Honourable Court<
1. entrusts the care and custody of the minors to the
