Fire destroys car in Birkirkara

A car was destroyed by fire in Triq Spiru Mizzi, Birkirkara, in the early hours of this morning.

The police said the fire was reported at around 3am and a result a Peugeot 207 was destroyed, however nobody was injured. The fire was put out by the Civil Protection Department.

Investigations are under way.
