MHRA congratulates Air Malta on top ranking
MHRA congratulated Air Malta on obtaining third place ranking from among the best short-haul airlines flying out of UK, saying that “Air Malta’s success is our success too”
MHRA President George Micallef said that this is a “tribute to all the hard work Air Malta and staff put in to ensure that out national airline strives towards excellence and sustainability.”
The passenger satisfaction survey was conducted by the British Magazine, Which Holiday? which is a quarterly publication designed to provide practical travel advice and inspirational ideas. Publication’s members (around 5,700) were asked to rate the airlines they had recently travelled with. The criteria included cleanliness, cabin staff, baggage allowance and value for money.
Air Malta obtained a total of 68% scoring highly in categories of baggage allowance, cabin staff and seating arrangements. Air Malta’s score was followed by KLM (65%) and Lufthansa (64%). Swiss Airlines received an overall satisfaction rate of 72%, while Aer Lingus placed second with 71%.
