Labour reports 206 submissions for its new party emblem
Over 200 designs for Labour's new emblem pour in
The Labour Party has received 206 submissions for the new emblem for the party, which will be fourth emblem the party will have in its history.
Sister paper Illum reported on Sunday that until last Friday, the party had received around 30 proposals. A senior PL official confirmed today that on Monday and yesterday the party received the highest number of submissions.
A technical team formed by party’s Chief Executive James Piscopo, Albert Marshall, Dr Ray Mangion, Jackie Mercieca, Edward Zammit and representatives from different PL branches will now be assessing all the designs.
The Labour Party announced that the final decision will be the party members’, who will be involved in the last phase of this process.
