Number of localities hit by power cut

Residents in a number of localities including two of the most populous towns, B'Kara and Qormi suffered a power cut on Thursday morning.

Enemalta said that other localities were affected, including Zebbug, St. Venera and the Msida area. The corporation could not provide an explanation for the cause of the power cut, however confirmed that power should be restored within an hour.
