Briton caught with his pants down

The mild conditions proved too much for Thomas William Joseph Collins, aged 25, who was yesterday arraigned in court for committing an act ‘against decency or morals.’
Escaping the sub-zero temperature of his native Britain, Collins landed himself in hot water after exposing himself in St. George`s Street, St. Julians, yesterday at 12:20am.
Collins pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 3 years conditional discharge and was fined €150.
