New administration for the Labour Party

Daniel Jose Micallef for president, William Lewis for organisational secretary and Marc Vella Bonnici for the post of international secretary.

It is a one-horse race for the three candidates who submitted their nomination to fill in the three respective posts of president, international secretary and organisational secretary.

The new roles will be officially confirmed during Labour's extraordinary general conference to take place on the last weekend of April.

Young architect Daniel Jose Micallef will be replacing outgoing president Stefan Zrinzo Azzopardi - who also supported Micallef's nomination.

Marc Vella Bonnici, a graduate in tourism studies, will be replacing outgoing international secretary Alex Sciberras Trigona.

William Lewis will be appointed organisational secretary.
