Zejtun feast called off by Archbishop
Zejtun feast cancelled following the sudden death of parish priest Fr Eric Overend.

This year's Zejtun feast, in honour of St.Catherine of Alexandria, has been called off following the death of Parish Priest Eric Overend.
The Archbishop Paul Cremona has called off the Zejtun parish church feast after consulting the town's clergy, band clubs and feast organisers, the Maltese Archdiocese said.
The decision was taken in the wake of the sudden death of Parish priest Eric Overend who passed away last month. The feast was planned for 16 June.
The Curia said that the Archbishop called off the internal and external celebrations in respect of the deceased priest.
