Social solidarity minister Marie Louise Coleiro Preca announced the setting up of the National Commission for the Family, to be chaired by Maria Dolores Camilleri.
Angela Abela has been appointed as deputy chairperson. Board members include Jurgen Abela, Sonia Camilleri, Tessie Cassar, Albert Gauci Cunningham, Doris Mifsud, Clarissa Sammut Scerri, Grace Shoultz and Victor Sultana. Ray Arpa is secretary.
The aim of the consultative commission is to safeguard the interests of families by recommending policies to government on families.

Why mention albert Gauci Cuningham and not Jurgen Abela, Sonia Camilleri, Tessie Cassar, Doris Mifsud, Clarissa Sammut Scerri, Grace Shoultz and Victor Sultana?????
He is no child of a lesser God, he has the right to be nominated as much as the next man!
