Looking for a nice apartment in Xemxija? Someone’s eager to get rid of one…

New ‘marketing’ stunt will probably bear results as photo of property for sale in butchered grammar does the rounds on Facebook.

An apparent frustrated owner of a nice-looking apartment at the top of the Xemxija hill on the way to Mistra Bay has put up his residence for sale... and is eager to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Selling at the price of €65,000, the owner also made his decision amply clear: in butchered grammar, half English and half Maltese, the owner attached a huge cardboard to his balcony, reading "For Sale ax xbajd" [għax xbajt] - translation For Sale, I'm fed up.

Oh well, we wish good luck to the owner during these difficult times... hopefully he, or she, has more luck in selling property than in spelling.

Maybe someone is making it difficult for him,so he wants to step out. Myself there is a regular dogs breeder above my dwelling in birkirkara. When I come to sell I would ask the devil if he would buy.

I KNOW THESE APARTMENTS VERY WELL AND IT IS A DETACHED BLOCK WITH FANTASTIC SEA AND COUNTRY VIEWS. THIS BLOCK HITS THE MAIN ROAD IN XEMXIJA AND HAS A LOT OF PRIVACY FROM THE BACK WITH A BEAUTIFULL TERRACE COMANDING FANTASTIC VIEWS, I REMEMBER THESE APARTMENTS TO SELL FOR WELL OVER 100,000 EUROS, IF THE PRICE IS REAL ITS A TRUE BARGAIN!! MY ADVICE TO BUYERS IS GO FOR IT BECAUSE ITS A BARGAIN.AND GOOD LUCK TO THE SELLER YES I CAN IMAGINE HOW FRUSTRATED HE IS IN SUCH A BAD PROPERTY MARKET WHICH I BELIEVE SHALL BE GETTING WORSE AFTER THE END OF SUMMER.

Little wonder the owner cant sell it as they are going to build a massive complex very near it as soon as the legal actions are sorted out
