Coast Road witness to another fatality as motorcyclist crashes into oncoming car.
A motorcyclist has lost his life in yet another road accident in Coast Road. The driver, a 37-year-old Italian residing in St Julian's, crashed with his bike into a car.
According to information retrieved so far, the car was being driven by a 25-year-old man from Gzira. Sources said the motorbike had Italian number plates.
The two vehicles driving in opposite directions collided head-on.
Today's accident comes just 15 days after another motorcyclist, Glen Grech, lost his life tragically on the same road.

@ still worried:- Who is to say the ITALIAN was on the wrong side of the road? In my observations, the Maltese driver is an expert at driving on the wrong side of the road.

@stillworried you're comment is obscene. Maltese roads are the worst I have ever seen in my life and maltese people are very bad at driving. they care to have a fashion car and a loud stereo while they should learn to drive. How does it work here to get a driver permit? is there any examination? maltese people have a lot to learn about society.

How tragic.Another motorcycle in a collision with a car on the Coast Road within a month. Another life lost and the police are in awe of what to do? Police this stretch of dangerous road heavily and if you have too, assign permanent police to this death trap before more people get killed. There is no excuse for stupidity, especially when lives can be saved..
