Former Nationalist minister appointed to MIMCOL board

New MIMCOL chairman is Adrian Said; Former Nationalist minister Jesmod Mugliett and Labour candidate David Farrugia Sacco appointed to the board.

Adrian Said has replaced Joe Falzon as the new non-executive chairman of MIMCOL, the government's investment arm, MaltaToday has learnt.

This newspaper can also confirm that former Nationalist MP Jesmond Mugliett and Labour candidate David Farrugia Sacco have been appointed to the board.

Official sources also confirmed that former Xghajra mayor and chartered accountant Anthony Valvo has been appointed deputy chairman. Valvo is also chairing the Board of Directors at ARMS Ltd, Enemalta's billing company.
