Energy ministry launches internal investigation into Sliema explosion
Investigation to determine cause of electrical substation explosion in Sliema.

The ministry for energy and water conservation has ordered an internal investigation into the explosion of an electricity substation in Sliema, in which two Enemalta employees were injured.
The investigation will determine the cause of the incident, and will recommend ways of avoiding such incidents.
Minister Konrad Mizzi and Enemalta chairman Charles Mangion paid a visit to the two employees, at Mater Dei Hospital, and were said to be in contact with the families of the employees.

Health and Safety is the first thing one should worry about. Are such workers given proper Health and Safety Training ? Are they given proper clothing and protective clothing?
