migrants were brought in to Malta earlier today at 5am. The migrants are believed to be of Somali nationality.

They comprise 13 women, two of them minors, and 49 men, 24 of whom are minors.

The boat was intercepted at 8:15 at 75 nautical miles to the south of Malta by the armed forces.

One of the women gave birth on board, and another woman was said to be heavily pregnant.

Another boat carrying an unspecified number of migrants was being monitored by the AFM, although it is unclear whether the boat will be brought in to Malta.

A pregnant woman was airlifted to Malta from this boat.

Give them all a Schengen visa so that they can go wherever they like in the broad region without any boundaries of the European Union and let them decide where they want to register their refugee status.

Don't tell me that with all this high-tech, space station and satellites in orbit we cannot pin point from where these people are coming? What the hell is the EU doing about this except ordering the smaller Nations like Malta to humanity rules, what about our humanity share. Insist on burden sharing and I am sure the other countries will stand up to be counted. We should protest like what they did in Lampedusa. We should all rally behind our Government and support him in his decisions, and let Simon continue to be funny like his predecessors, who have now disappeared with what they took like the €500 weekly.
