Five women medically evacuated from boat carrying 80 migrants

The Armed Forces of Malta is to medically evacuate five women from a boat carrying 80 migrants of unspecified nationality.
The boat is at a standstill at an unspecified location in the Mediterranean. Government sources said the boat has refused the army's help to fix the boat's engine so that it can proceed towards its destination.
The women are said to be suffering from dehydration.
The same sources say that another six calls for rescue have been made to the Armed Forces of Malta, but it is not yet known whether the Italian coastguards are also involved in the rescue missions.
