PN EP candidates to be announced shortly

The Nationalist Party will shortly announced the first group of candidates which will be contesting the European Parliament elections on a PN ticket next year.

This was announced by PN leader Simon Busuttil who today visited Europe House, the European Parliament's Malta office.

Busuttil said he will also be attending a summit of the European People Party (EPP) in November as the group will be deciding who from among the EPP will represent the party in the election for the President of the European Commission.

Busuttil reiterated his party's intention to succeed in electing three MEPs from the PN ticket.
