AFM evacuates three women and a child from a dinghy carrying migrants to Italy.

Four migrants on board a dinghy heading to Sicily requested medical assistance, the Armed Forces of Malta said.
The AFM's Search and Rescue Launch Melita yesterday evening medically evacuated three women, including two pregnant women, and a child.
The launch entered the AFM Maritime Squadron wharf at 23.56 pm following which the patients were transferred to Mater Dei Hospital.
The rest of the migrants proceeded towards Italy with the AFM's P51 close by.
The Italian Coast Guard assumed responsibility of the migrant craft when it entered the Italian Search and Rescue Region this morning at around 9:10am.
