August heat brings luck to just one Super 5 jackpot winner

The fantastic sum of €275,000 won last week 7 September for the Super 5 draw was sold from a Maltco's booth in Swieqi.
The lucky numbers drawn were 16-5-32-33-7. Winners who guessed four numbers won the sum of € 2,271.85 each, while winners who guessed three numbers won each the sum of € 47.25.
"I was speechless when I was checking the winning numbers the next day at my place of work," the lucky winner said, who on that special day day decided to take the rest of the day off.
The win came about after just four weeks following the 10th July Super 5 draw, in which one lucky winner won the extraordinary jackpot of €300,000.
The next jackpot will be of €200,000, with the draw held on Wednesday at 7:10pm and aired on Net TV, One TV, Melita Digital Channel 106 and on Maltco's website www.maltco.com.

Good luck to the winner and may he /she enjoy the money in good health.But why do we not promote the fact that for every one winner there are countless thousands of losers when gambling -for this lottery is simply a form of gambling which a lot of people dont acknowldege ,recognise or accept.Gambling is a vice which has ruined a great many people's lives and its "rewards "- for the very few -should not be glorified or highlighted and the aim and objective of many is to plough those money-laden Elysian Fields!As the Chinese say ..be careful what you wish for!
