Life goes on for excluded PN candidate
PN candidate hopeful Ingrid Brownrigg talks to Illum about her exclusion from party’s European election candidate list.
PN local councillor Ingrid Brownrigg said that if she would not be picked as a candidate for next year's elections it would certainly have nothing to do with her loyalty and integrity.
Brownrigg was one of several persons who were not approved by the Nationalist Party to contest the May 2014 election.
Prospective candidates were vetted by a commission headed by former PN minister Joe Borg, who claimed that the candidates were evaluated for their loyalty, integrity and values.
In an interview with Sunday newspaper Illum, Brownrigg said that she has always been consistent in her beliefs, which were also consitenat with the party's values.

Well she could enter a Miss Malta contest!

They have lost an important candidate.
Better see the light and join Labour

Ingrid was loyal to her Party all her life. I think it's more like this new Simon PN suggesting we don't need a candidate from Zejtun. And also her Father comes from a strong labour family. If I recall well her cousin is Charles Marsh who was a labour councilor in Zejtun some years ago. Sorry Ingrid but it's time to realise you were just being used!!!

Dear Ms Brownrigg. I just cannot believe that you cannot see the writing on the wall. You have been excluded just because you have labour relatives, that is the Hon. George Vella. It is more than clear that the Partit nazzjonalista still firmly believes in the blues and reds and when I say blues, it means untainted blues. That goes for that young man Micallef as well. So what are you waiting for?

Postok ma ghadux ma min ma jafdakx Ms Brownrigg. Forsi jrid ikkollok kunjomok double barrel, min jaf?

I already stated that her problem is , because she is a Zejtunija. I for one , although a labour supporter can attest to her loyalty and integrity towards the PN since we had a running battle of posts (battibekki), before the elections, on her FB page. She defended gonzi and Simon with tooth and nail. There is always time for change should she see the light.

If it has "nothing to do with her loyalty and integrity" than what??????
Maybe "someone" should define to Ingrid what the Party's values are, if they have been updated since the change of leadership.... OR SHE NEEDS UPDATING!
