Flamboyant developer under the spotlight

Developer Sandro Chetcuti enjoys the trust of the new government, however MaltaToday asks him whether he will be acting as poacher or gamekeeper.
The flamboyant Chetcuti was recently appointed on the Building Regulations Board- a board with a mandate to bring discipline in the construction sector.
He also touches on the infamous incident involving his former boss at the chamber for small and medium enterprises, Vince Farrugia.
